Process
To make the process repeatable:
- You could create a mask using a label field. This label field could be re-used for other data.
- Another route is to use the ROI box tool and use it as a reference for one or more Extract Subvolume modules.
- You could also generate a mask by calculating the difference between the input and output of the Volume Edit tool. This is obtuse but could work to keep the process repeatable.
For instance, use the arithmetic formula (abs(A-B))>0 to generate the attached images. They are imperfect representations of the selected voxels though. Different than what you’d get with the 3D lasso tool in the Segmentation Editor.
