Description
- Amira/Avizo/PerGeos 2022.1 is the last version that supports CentOS 7.
- Amira/Avizo/PerGeos 2022.2 and higher support Ubuntu 20.04.
Several customer reports indicate that Avizo 2021.x/2022.1 can be used on Ubuntu 18 and 20 after copying the libicu components (available here) in the Amira/Avizo/PerGeos folder lib/arch-LinuxAMD64-Optimize.
Additionally, a customer has reported that Avizo 2023.1 can be used on Mint Cinnamon 20.3 (based on Ubuntu 20.04) but fails to run on Mint Cinnamon 21.2 (based on Ubuntu 22.04).
