Process

1. Navigate to the Customer Support Center at www.thermofisher.com/software-em-3d-vis/customersupport

2. At the top right of the window, click on Sign in.

 

3. If not already done, create an account by clicking Sign up now and providing your license, contract, or activation number:

 

4. To log in, enter your customer center account credentials and click Sign in:

 

5. Open the My Support tab:

 

6. Click on + Create:

 

7. Complete the Open a New Case form and click on Submit.

You will receive an automatic acknowledgment of receipt immediately. Customer Support will reply within 48 working hours.
