Process

1. Go to the ThermoFisher/VDS Customer Support portal at www.thermofisher.com/software-em-3d-vis/customersupport

2. Click on "Sign in" at the top right of the window:

 

3. If not already done, create an account by pressing the button "Sign up now" and provide your license, contract, or activation number:

 

4. To log in, enter your customer portal account credentials and press the "Sign in" button:

 

5. Click on "My Support":

 

6. Click on "+ Create":

 

7. Complete the "Open a New Case" form and click on the button "Submit" at the bottom of the form.

An automatic acknowledgment of receipt will be sent immediately to the requestor and the Customer Support team will reply within 48 working hours.
