If you have an Internet connection and encounter a connection error (for example “Unable to connect to server https” error) when trying to activate, upgrade, deactivate, or reactivate a license: this is caused by your firewall configuration.
Suggested Solution
1. You need to configure your firewall to allow the connection to the online activation server:
- Server: flex1647.flexnetoperations.com
- IP: 64.14.29.39
- Port: 443 (https)
2. You need to configure your firewall to allow the connection to the TLM portal server:
- Server: https://tlm-portal.com
- IP: 3.88.245.101
- Port: 443 (https)
