Issue
When performing an offline activation, deactivation, upgrade, or reactivation operation, the request.tlm file may sometimes generate errors when processed on the Thermo Scientific License Manager (LM) Portal.
When this occurs, no response.tlm file is computed, and the licenses with the failed request are disabled in the Thermo Scientific License Manager.
Suggested Solution
To restore the disabled licenses, click the Notification  button and select Abort all.
