[Thermo Scientific License Manager]
Issue & Reason
A license can be disabled when an action (activation, deactivation, upgrade,…) has generated a request that has not been completed.
Suggested Solution
If Thermo Scientific License Manager displays some of your licenses with a Disabled status, and you have no pending action (you cannot see the Notification 
icon), click Restore to enable those licenses again.
