KA-01251 / Local Licenses Offline Troubleshooting: Restore Disabled Licenses

Issue & Reason

A license can be disabled if an action (activation, deactivation, upgrade, etc.) generates an incomplete request.

 

 

Suggested Solution

 

If the Thermo Scientific License Manager (LM) displays some licenses with a Disabled status and there are no pending actions (no Notification icon Content/Resources/Images/tlm/buttons/notification.jpg is visible), click Restore to enable those licenses again.
