KA-01281 / Locate License Keys for Floating Licenses Up to Version 2020.2

Context

This article applies to floating licenses for Amira™ 5.6 to Amira 2020.2, Avizo™ 8.1 to Avizo 2020.2, and PerGeos™ 1.0 to 2020.2.

For earlier versions, refer to article KA-01279 "Locate License Keys for Amira 5.5 and Earlier and Avizo 8.0 and Earlier."

 

Description

Licensing information is not available on the client system. To retrieve this information on the server system, follow the steps below:

  • On the server system, open a terminal window. 

  • Navigate to the FlexNetLicenseServerTools directory where the licensing tools are stored.

  • Run the following command:  ServerFNOODActivation -v.

The activation codes are displayed.

Depending on the version of the tools installed on your system, you may need to run ViewServerActivationStatus instead.
