Context & Description
The default installation path for Amira3D-Avizo3D is C:\Program Files, which makes the application accessible to all users on that same workstation.
Administrator access is not required on that specific machine. Once the license(s) have been activated on the machine, the software is accessible to all users, subject to the number of available licenses.
Preferences and recent projects are stored on a per-user basis, so each user has access to their own configuration.
The Amira3D and Avizo3D executables can be found in the following subdirectory:
C:\Program Files\Thermo Scientific Amira-Avizo3D 202x.x.x\bin\arch-Win64VC16-Optimize\
