KA-01242 / Manage Local Licenses: Install a License File

Process

 

To activate your application using a license file:

 

1. Launch the Thermo Scientific™ License Manager (LM). In the Local tab, click Activate.

2. In the Activation Methods display, select License file.

3. In the License File display, paste the contents of the license file into the text field, then click Activate.

4. After activation, LM redirects you to the Local tab, where the activated products are labeled as LICENSE_FILE.

As with other licenses, you can deactivate a license file by clicking the Deactivation button Content/Resources/Images/tlm/buttons/deactivation-button.jpg at the end of the license line.
