[Thermo Scientific License Manager (LM)]
Issue & Reason
On some machines, security tools may affect the Licenses dialog in the Thermo Scientific™ License Manager (LM).
When this occurs, the following warning message appears:
“Failed to parse the full content of Trusted Storage. Licenses display may be incomplete.”
Suggested Solution
If you encounter this message and not all active licenses are displayed in LM, contact Customer Support for assistance (see article KA-01188 "How to send technical/license questions to the VDS Customer Support team").
