[Thermo Scientific License Manager (LM)]
Issue & Reason
On some machines, security tools may affect the Licenses dialog of the Thermo Scientific License Manager (LM).
When this occurs, a warning message is displayed:
“Failed to parse the full content of Trusted Storage. Licenses display may be incomplete.”
Suggested Solution
If you encounter this message and do not see all your active licenses displayed in LM, contact Customer Support for assistance (see article KA-01188 "How to send technical/license questions to the VDS Customer Support team").
