[FlexNet License Server - Lmadmin / Thermo Scientific License Manager (LM) portal]

Context & Prerequisites

When a new version of a Thermo Scientific™ software application is released, you must upgrade the activated licenses on your FlexNet license server to enable client application users to run the new version.

Caution: For Avizo, Amira, and PerGeos applications, upgrades are available only for licenses in version 2021.1 or later. If you are upgrading from a version earlier than 2021.1, first activate the license codes you received by email when version 2021.1 was released. Then proceed with the upgrade (refer to article KA-01257 "License Server: Activate (New) Licenses - Get the License Server Host ID").
