KA-01344 / Manage Floating Licenses: Offline Checking Server Licenses Status Using License Manager for Server

Context & Process

 

In offline mode, the License Administration tab in LMs displays an offline-actions menu instead of the standard license information.

 

  • To view the licenses currently installed on your server and verify their status, select Check Licenses Status.

  • The FlexNet Publisher Dashboard will then open automatically in your web browser, showing all activated licenses on the license server. Ensure that the Concurrent tab is selected.

 Notes

  • After you activate, upgrade, reactivate, or transfer a license, click Check License Status to confirm that the changes were successfully installed on the server.
  • If you encounter any issues, contact Customer Support for assistance.
