KA-01344 / Manage Floating Licenses: Offline Checking Server Licenses Status Using License Manager for Server

Context & Process

 

In offline mode, the License Administration tab in LMs provides a menu for performing offline actions on your licenses instead of displaying license information.

 

  • To view the licenses currently installed on your server and check their status, click on Check Licenses Status.

  • The FlexNet Publisher Dashboard will automatically open in your web browser, displaying all activated licenses on the license server. Make sure the Concurrent tab is selected.

 Notes

  • After activating, upgrading, reactivating, or transferring a license, click 'Check License Status' to ensure that changes are properly installed on the server.
  • If you encounter any issues, contact Customer Support for assistance.
