To solve the problems you may encounter when configuring your license server:
1. License Server Machine is Down or Not Responding
- Check with your license server administrator that the server name/IP address you have entered is correct.
- Try to replace the server name with its IP address.
2. Cannot Connect to License Server System
- Check with your license server administrator to ensure the license server is up and to determine if a specific license server port has been set.
- Ensure that the firewall settings allow communication with the server through this port.
- If no port has been set, the default port range 27000-27009 is used.
3. Cannot Read License File Data from License Server System
- Check with your license server administrator to verify if the asglmd Vendor Daemon is up on the license server.
