1. License Server Machine is Down or Not Responding
- Confirm with your license server administrator that the server name or IP address you entered is correct.
- Try replacing the server name with its IP address.
2. Cannot Connect to License Server System
- Verify with your license server administrator that the license server is running and whether a specific port has been configured.
- Ensure that the firewall settings allow communication with the server through this port.
- If no port is set, the default port range 27000-27009 is used.
3. Cannot Read License File Data from License Server System
- Check with your license server administrator to confirm that the asglmd Vendor Daemon is running on the license server.
