Use the following guidance to resolve the issues you may encounter during license server configuration:

 

1. License Server Machine is Down or Not Responding

  • Confirm with your license server administrator that the server name or IP address you entered is correct.
  • Try replacing the server name with its IP address.

 

2. Cannot Connect to License Server System

  • Verify with your license server administrator that the license server is running and whether a specific port has been configured.
  • Ensure that the firewall settings allow communication with the server through this port.
  • If no port is set, the default port range 27000-27009 is used.

 

 3. Cannot Read License File Data from License Server System

  • Check with your license server administrator to confirm that the asglmd Vendor Daemon is running on the license server.
